This Privacy Policy explains how General Systems & Software (Poland) Ltd. sp. z o.o. (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the QLIC mobile application (the “App”) and our website www.qlicmed.com (the “Site”). Together, the App and Site are the “Service”.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Data We Collect

When you use the Service, we may collect:
• Personal Information: name, email, country of residence, gender, date of birth.
• Health Information: medication names, dosage, prescription dates, doctor’s name.
• Technical Information: IP address, device type, operating system, language, browser, approximate
location.
• App Installation ID: a random identifier assigned when you install the App.
We collect this data so we can provide reminders, ensure the Service functions properly, and improve user experience.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:
• provide and improve the Service;
• send reminders and service notifications;
• test and improve features;
• comply with legal obligations.

👉 Note: The Service does not currently include reward programs, charitable donations, coupons, or social/ community features. If such features are added in the future, this Policy will be updated.

3. Sharing of Data

Currently, we share your data only with:
• Service providers and contractors (e.g. hosting, analytics, software development, IT maintenance) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data processing agreements;
• Authorized team members who require access to operate, maintain, or improve the app, all bound by confidentiality obligations;
• Authorities where disclosure is required by law.

👉 We do not currently share your data with doctors, pharmacies, insurers, or third-party marketers.

4. International Data Transfer

Some Service providers (e.g. Google Analytics for the Site) may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. This involves limited technical data (IP address, device identifiers). Where transfers occur, we use recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect your data.

5. Your Rights (GDPR

If you are an EEA resident, you may request to:
• access your data,
• receive a copy,
• correct or delete it,
• restrict or object to processing,
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system can be 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping any login credentials confidential.

7. Minors

The Service is intended for users aged 18+ and must not be used by children under 16. If we discover that a minor’s data has been collected without consent, we will delete it promptly.
